BIG BAG filling systems

• The filling system can optionally be designed as a standing or suspended weighing device. (Can also be appropriate for verification at the customer's request)
• Gibbet design with a motor or pneumatically driven upward and downward movement.
• BIG-BAG holding frame that is optionally designed with load hooks that are either static or open pneumatically.
• Filler caps adapted to the diameter of the BIG-BAG to be filled with a manual or pneumatic seal as well as aspiration connection nozzles.
• System dimensions depending on the structural properties.

BIG BAG emptying systems

• Base frame for the assembly with a safety edge.
• Hopper with a bearing that reduces vibrations.
• Discharge plates (fulling plate) can be used in combination with the hopper or optionally on their own.
• Docking station with a user-friendly design e.g. can be designed with a twist collar seal.
• Product drain hopper which can be designed with aspiration connecting fittings.
• Discharge systems adapted in line with the following production sequences or machines.
